<p><span style="color: #000000;">Think about how this kipping pull up looks in relation to the hollow body core work we&#8217;ve been doing this week&#8230; it looks very similar in the way he holds his body tight through locked abs and knees, tight glutes and pointed toes. And by doing so he can generate a lot of force through his kip (body momentum) to get his chin over the bar. Notice also he doesn&#8217;t over arch his lower back on the back kick which is a common area people with leak a lot of energy. </span></p>
